Looking for a special lunchbox menu instead of the usual triangle kimbap? Introducing our delicious Hambak Steak and Chicken Tender Burgers, perfect for a quick and enjoyable meal. Anyone can easily make these with just an air fryer and a microwave. We used a specially discounted Kkrajye Hambak Steak to create a rich flavor without any fuss. The crispy outside and tender inside of the chicken tender, along with the juicy hambak steak, meet a soft hamburger bun for a fantastic harmony. This burger, with its slightly enhanced savory taste, is perfect for special occasions or a simple meal. Enjoy it with a cold cola!
Main Ingredients- 4 Chicken Tenders
- 1 Hambak Steak (store-bought)
- 2 Hamburger Buns
- 1 Tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 Tomato (thinly sliced)
- 2 Lettuce Leaves
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly slice the onion and set it aside. Cook the chicken tenders until golden brown using an air fryer, and warm the hambak steak in the microwave. Simple, isn’t it?
Step 2
Slice the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them in a pan for extra flavor. Spread honey mustard sauce on the inside of one bun and ketchup on the inside of the other. Feel free to adjust the sauces to your liking at this stage.
Step 3
On top of the sauced bun, place a fresh lettuce leaf, followed by a generous amount of shredded cabbage. Adding shredded cabbage provides a delightful crunch and enhances the overall flavor experience.
Step 4
Now it’s time to add the main ingredients. On one bun, place the warmed hambak steak, and on the other bun, place the golden-brown chicken tender.
Step 5
Arrange the thinly sliced tomato slices attractively over the hambak steak and chicken tender, and finally, top with the prepared onion slices. Your ingredient assembly is now complete.

Using store-bought ingredients, we’ve effortlessly created two delicious types of burgers! They are perfect for packing in a lunchbox. These are simple yet satisfying meals.

Place the finished burgers into burger wrappers. Fold and roll the sides of the wrapper neatly, then tuck the folded edge into the seam to create a professional-looking presentation, just like burgers from a shop.

Finally, wrap the burgers tightly with plastic wrap to prevent any ingredients from falling out, ensuring a neat and easy-to-handle meal. Both the Hambak Steak Burger and the Chicken Tender Burger are now ready. Enjoy your meal!
