Core Ingredients
- 3 Frozen Roasted Sweet Potatoes (or steamed sweet potatoes)
- 3 Tbsp Canned Corn Kernels
- 1 packet Cream Soup Mix
- 1 slice Processed Cheese
- 200ml Hot Water
- 1 packet Mozzarella Cheese (approx. 100g)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the cream soup mix with 200ml of hot water. Stir well until smooth and there are no lumps. Ensuring it’s fully dissolved will create a creamier sauce.
Step 2
Dice the frozen roasted sweet potatoes (or steamed sweet potatoes) into bite-sized cubes. Place them into a microwave-safe dish. Cutting them into manageable pieces will help them cook evenly.
Step 3
Drain the canned corn kernels and sprinkle 3 tablespoons over the diced sweet potatoes. Pour the prepared cream soup mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes and corn, coating them well.
Step 4
Top generously with 1 packet of mozzarella cheese. Tear the slice of processed cheese into pieces and scatter them over the top. Microwave for about 4 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly with golden brown spots. Be careful when removing it, as it will be hot. Enjoy your delicious gratin!
