  • Leftover chicken 1/2 chicken
  • Tortillas 5 sheets
  • Bell peppers 2
  • Mini mozzarella cheese 1 bag
  • Baby greens (mini bag) 1 bag

Sauce
  • Honey mustard sauce 10 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, gather all ingredients from the refrigerator: tortillas, mini mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, baby greens, and leftover chicken. Wash the bell peppers and baby greens thoroughly under cold water and set aside to drain.

Step 2

Place the leftover chicken in a dry frying pan over low heat. Gently warm it just enough to remove the chill; avoid overcooking, as this can make the chicken dry. It should only be warm to the touch.

Step 3

For the bell peppers, remove the stem and seeds. Slice them thinly into strips, like julienne. Using different colored bell peppers will make your wrap more visually appealing.

Step 4

Warm the tortillas in a dry frying pan, flipping them once. Just heat them through until they are pliable; overcooking can make them brittle. With this, all your prep is complete!

Step 5

Generously spread the honey mustard sauce evenly over the warmed tortilla. Don’t be shy with the sauce; it adds a great flavor base.

Arrange the warmed chicken pieces on top of the sauce. You can shred or chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.

Next, layer the thinly sliced bell peppers and the fresh baby greens on top of the chicken. This adds a delightful crunch and freshness.
