Wondering how to use up that leftover curry? This recipe transforms ordinary instant ramen into a delightful curry ramen! It’s incredibly easy to make with simple ingredients, perfect for a hearty meal or a satisfying snack. Enjoy this flavorful dish! ^^*
Ingredients- Leftover curry, 1 serving (approx. 150-200g)
- Instant ramen noodles, 1 packet
- Water, 500ml
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the leftover curry you have stored in the refrigerator. If it’s cold, gently warming it beforehand will help it dissolve better in the next step. One serving is sufficient!
Step 2
Now, pour the prepared curry and 500ml of cold water into a pot. If the curry is too thick, you can add a little more water. Bring it to a boil over high heat, stirring to ensure the curry dissolves completely in the water.
Step 3
Once the curry mixture starts to boil vigorously, open the ramen packet and add the noodles to the pot. Gently loosen the noodles to prevent them from sticking together as they cook.
Step 4
Be cautious with the ramen soup base; use only about half of it, as adding the whole packet might make the dish too salty. The combination of the existing curry flavor and the saltiness from the ramen base will create a richer, more complex taste. Continue to simmer for about 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Your delicious Curry Ramen is ready! Serve the steaming hot Curry Ramen in a bowl and enjoy. For an even more satisfying meal, consider adding a poached egg or some chopped green onions, if desired.
