Quick Bacon and Bean Sprout Stir-fry Recipe
Super Simple Bacon and Bean Sprout Stir-fry, Great for Diets
A quick side dish made with bean sprouts and bacon from your fridge~
Ingredients- 100g Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 handfuls Bean Sprouts, washed thoroughly
- A little King Oyster Mushroom (or other mushrooms like enoki), trimmed and separated
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Crab Roe Soy Sauce (or regular soy sauce)
- 0.5 Tbsp Agave Syrup (or sugar)
- 1 Tbsp Crab Roe Soy Sauce (or regular soy sauce)
- 0.5 Tbsp Agave Syrup (or sugar)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, add the bacon pieces to a preheated frying pan and cook until golden brown and slightly crispy. The rendered bacon fat will add wonderful flavor to the dish.
Step 2
When the bacon is about halfway cooked, add the prepared mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry them together until they soften slightly.
Step 3
Once the mushrooms are slightly cooked, add the thoroughly washed bean sprouts. Then, pour in the Crab Roe Soy Sauce and Agave Syrup to season. (If you don’t have these specific ingredients, regular soy sauce and sugar will work perfectly as a substitute!)
Step 4
Stir everything together well and continue to stir-fry. It’s important not to overcook the bean sprouts; you want them to remain crisp and fresh. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Your delicious Bacon and Bean Sprout Stir-fry is ready! Enjoy this simple yet satisfying side dish. ♡
