  • 3 strips of White Pollock Roe
  • 1 bunch of Green Onions (chopped)
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 bowls of Rice (warm rice)

First, crack 4 eggs into a clean bowl. Whisk them thoroughly with a fork or whisk until the egg whites are completely broken and the mixture is smooth. Beating the eggs well ensures they mix perfectly with the rice.

Add 3 bowls of warm rice to the beaten eggs. Use a spatula or spoon to gently mix everything together, ensuring each grain of rice is coated with the egg mixture. The key is to mix gently to prevent the rice from clumping.
