Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel the onion and carrot, then dice them into small pieces, about 0.5cm in size. Ensure they are uniformly chopped, as larger pieces will take longer to cook.

Clean the pre-cooked abalones, remove the innards, rinse thoroughly, and then dice them into small pieces, about 0.5cm. If you prefer a chewier texture, you can chop them a bit larger.
