Otsu’ji Doenjang Bibimbap Ingredients
- Otsu’ji Ready-to-Toss Doenjang Seasoning 50g
- Sesame oil 5g
- 1 Egg
- 200g Cooked white rice
- 50g Beef (for bulgogi)
- Otsu’ji Bulgogi Sauce 8g
- A little cooking oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 20g Blanched bean sprouts
- 20g Shredded carrots
- 30g Sliced zucchini
- 30g Oyster mushrooms, torn along the grain
- 20g Fresh lettuce

- 1/2 head of mini napa cabbage

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[Doenjang Bibimbap] Finely shred the lettuce, carrots, and zucchini. Tear the oyster mushrooms along the grain. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 6 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly. Season lightly with salt.
Step 2
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil. Add the beef and Otsu’ji Bulgogi Sauce, and stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked.
Step 3
Heat a lightly oiled pan and fry an egg to your preference (sunny-side up or over easy/hard).
Step 4
Arrange the cooked beef, blanched bean sprouts, and shredded vegetables over the warm white rice. Drizzle with Otsu’ji Ready-to-Toss Doenjang Seasoning and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to complete this delicious Doenjang Bibimbap.
Step 5
[Napa Cabbage Kimchi] Cut the mini napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and prepare the chives by cutting them into 2-3 cm lengths. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and chives. Add one packet of Otsu’ji Ready-to-Toss Kimchi Seasoning and toss gently to coat. Enjoy your fresh kimchi immediately.
Step 6
[Young Radish Doenjang Salad] Blanch the prepared young radish greens in boiling water for about 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. In a bowl, combine the young radish greens with Otsu’ji Ready-to-Toss Doenjang Seasoning and toss well to create a flavorful salad.
Step 7
[Chive and Onion Salad] Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water for a few minutes to remove its pungency. Cut the chives into 3-4 cm lengths. Drain the onion slices and combine them with the chives in a bowl. Add Otsu’ji Ready-to-Toss Scallion Seasoning and toss everything together for a refreshing salad.
