  • A pinch of Sugar
  • A sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Hello everyone! Today, we’re going to make a super nutritious and incredibly easy ‘Tuna and Onion Stir-fry.’ It’s perfect as a side dish for your lunchbox or a simple meal for those living alone.

Step 2

First, lightly grease a pan with a small amount of cooking oil. (You can also use the oil from the canned tuna!). Once the pan is warm, add the chopped onion and the drained tuna.

Step 3

Now, season with a pinch of salt, a dash of black pepper, and a pinch of sugar. The sugar will enhance the sweetness of the onion and help mask any fishy smell from the tuna. Stir-fry just until the onions become translucent and slightly softened. Be careful not to overcook, as you want to retain a slight crunch in the onions!

Step 4

Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Your delicious and nutritious Tuna and Onion Stir-fry is ready! It’s wonderful served over a bowl of warm rice or enjoyed as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
