Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 bowl of cooked rice (approx. 200g)
- 1 block of firm tofu (approx. 300g)
- 3 fresh eggs
- 1/2 carrot
- A small amount of green onion (white parts preferred)
- A little chicken stock for enhanced flavor (optional)
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables that will add texture to your fried rice. Peel the carrot and dice it very finely. Chop the green onion, focusing on the white parts. Place these finely chopped vegetables into a large bowl along with 1 bowl of cooked rice.
