Cooking Instructions

Don’t discard the soaking water; it will be used to cook the rice, so make sure to use enough water to fully submerge the mushrooms.

Peel the radish using a peeler and rinse it under running water. Then, slice it into strips. To prevent the radish from becoming mushy during cooking, ensure the slices are moderately thick. If they are cut too thinly, the radish may break down completely in the rice.
