You’ll be surprised by how incredibly tasty this dish, affectionately called ‘Todal’, can be! Its simplicity belies a rich flavor and nutritional value that will surely enrich your dining table.
Main Ingredients- 2 fresh eggs
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1/5 stalk green onion (white parts mainly)
- A little cooking oil (for scrambling eggs)
- A little cooking oil (for stir-frying vegetables)
- 1 pinch of salt (for egg mixture)
- Salt to taste (for seasoning)
- A little black pepper
- A little sesame oil (for finishing)
- A little dried parsley (for garnish, optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[Prepare Ingredients Neatly!] – First, wash the fresh tomatoes thoroughly under running water, remove the cores, and cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 cm. – Slice the green onion lengthwise and then chop it finely. This method helps to bring out more flavor. – Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Whisk the eggs well with chopsticks or a whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
Step 2
[Make Soft Scrambled Eggs] – Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil.
