Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, sift 280g of pancake mix through a fine-mesh sieve. This step ensures a smooth batter without any lumps.

Crack in 2 fresh eggs.

Thinly slice 1 sausage to prepare. (Feel free to cut it into various shapes for added fun!)

Pour in 150ml of milk and mix well with a whisk until you have a smooth batter with no lumps. The key is to stir gently, just enough to combine the ingredients, rather than whisking vigorously.

Grease your silicone muffin molds thoroughly with butter. (Melting the butter slightly in the microwave makes application easier.) This step helps the bread release easily after baking.

Fill each mold with only about 1/3 of the batter. Filling them too full might cause them to overflow during baking.

Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt over the batter to add a subtle savory note. (This is optional but helps balance the flavors.)
