First, prepare your main ingredients: 1 ripe tomato, 2 fresh eggs, and 1/2 medium onion. Wash them thoroughly and get ready for cooking.

Dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 cm cubes. Chop the onion similarly, into approximately 1 cm pieces, so they cook evenly with the tomatoes. Cutting them too large might result in longer cooking times.

In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs. Add 2 pinches of salt and a sprinkle of black pepper. Whisk them together thoroughly with chopsticks or a whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the whisked egg mixture. As the eggs begin to set, use two chopsticks to gently stir and scramble them into soft, fluffy curds. Avoid breaking them down too finely. Cook until just set, then transfer the scrambled eggs to a side plate for later.
