Main Ingredients- 100g Fresh Broccoli
- 100g Smoked Chicken Breast
- 80g Crisp Carrot
- 1/2 Apple
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Honey

First, let’s cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Gently separate the small florets from the stem by hand. If any florets are too large, you can cut them in half with a knife. Soak the prepared broccoli in cold water for at least 10 minutes to remove any dirt, then rinse thoroughly under running water.
