Main Ingredients- 1 beet
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger
- Honey (to taste)
- 1/2 cup water

First, prepare all your ingredients. 1) Peel the beet and cut it into manageable pieces. 2) Wash the apple thoroughly under running water after soaking it briefly in a mixture of baking soda and vinegar.
