As the cool breeze begins to blow, a single root of ginseng is just what you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This recipe is perfect for those who miss the comforting taste of home-style rice.
Ingredients- 2+ roots of fresh ginseng (adjust to your preference)
- 5 jujubes (red dates)
- 20 pine nuts
- 20 ginkgo nuts
- 3 cups of rice (pre-soaked for at least 1 hour)

Lightly coat the bottom of your pot with sesame oil. Add the pre-soaked rice and sauté briefly until the grains turn translucent.
