Salad Ingredients- 1 apple
- 2 tangerines (or mandarins)
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 carrot
- 13 quail eggs
- 1 handful walnuts
- A little dried cranberries

First, prepare the fruits and vegetables for the salad. Core the apple and dice it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the tangerines and separate the segments. Wash the cucumber, trim the ends, remove the seeds, and dice it. Wash and peel the carrot, then dice it finely. Boil the quail eggs, peel them, and set them aside.
