Nostalgic Pink Sausage Pancake Made Without Flour: Super Simple Side Dish Recipe
Introducing a delicious pancake recipe using the nostalgic pink sausage, which you can make easily and quickly without any flour. With simple ingredients, it makes a wonderful side dish or a great snack with drinks!
Main Ingredients- 8 slices of pink sausage
- 2 eggs
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a small-sized frying pan. Lightly coat the pan with olive oil, then cut the pink sausage into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden brown. (Tip: Using a smaller pan makes the sausages look fuller and the pancake will be prettier when you pour the egg mixture!)
Step 2
While the sausages are cooking, crack 2 eggs into a bowl, remove the chalazae (the white stringy bits), and whisk them well until smooth.
Step 3
Once one side of the pink sausages in the pan is golden brown, carefully flip them over.
Step 4
Pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the flipped sausages. Cover the pan with a lid and gently cook over medium-low heat until the egg is completely set. Your delicious pink sausage pancake is now ready!
