Ingredients- 3 tangerines
- 2 persimmons
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 sticks of imitation crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 handful of peanuts

Step 1
We’re going to make a universally loved mayonnaise-based fruit salad using sweet, seasonal persimmons. It’s simple yet offers a special flavor.
Step 2
First, prepare the 3 tangerines, 2 persimmons, 1/2 cucumber, and 2 sticks of imitation crab meat by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the tangerines and separate the segments. Remove the seeds from the persimmons and dice them. Slice the cucumber thinly into half-moon shapes, and tear or slice the imitation crab meat into manageable pieces. Place all these prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to mix the dressing ingredients. Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp of sugar to the bowl and mix well. Although mayonnaise already contains seasoning, adding a pinch of salt will further enhance the sweetness and perfectly balance the overall flavor. Feel free to adjust the sugar amount to your preference.
Step 4
