Main Ingredients
- 1/2 sheet Gimbap ham
- 3 sticks Gimbap imitation crab meat
- 1/2 cucumber
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 onion
- 6 slices Bread or 6 mini buns (for sandwiches)

- 6 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the gimbap ham into long strips, then finely dice them for a smoother texture. Dicing the ham will enhance the overall harmony of the salad.

Similarly, cut the gimbap imitation crab meat into long strips and then finely dice them. This will provide a pleasant bite while ensuring they blend well with other ingredients.

Wash the fresh cucumber thoroughly, slice it thinly into matchsticks, and then finely dice it to a size similar to the ham and imitation crab meat. Its crispness will add a wonderful dimension to the salad.

Separate the whites and yolks of the hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the egg whites for a soft texture, and mash the yolks with a fork or similar utensil to add richness and creaminess to the salad.

Thinly slice 1/4 of an onion. To mellow its sharp, pungent flavor, soak the sliced onion in cold water for about 5 minutes. Afterward, drain thoroughly in a sieve, pat dry, and finely mince it before adding to the salad to enhance sweetness and flavor.
