  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (use regular soy sauce, not soup soy sauce)
  • 0.5 Tbsp Oyster Sauce (adds umami)
  • 0.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic (freshly minced is recommended)
  • A pinch of Oligosaccharide (for gloss and sweetness adjustment)
  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds (for nutty flavor)
  • A small amount of Natural Seasoning (optional, enhances depth of flavor)
  • Canola Oil or Cooking Oil, as needed

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and slice it into 0.5 cm thick strips. Remove the seeds from the mini bell pepper and slice it into similar strips. For the King Oyster Mushrooms, trim off the tough base, rinse them lightly under running water, and then tear them into bite-sized pieces by hand. Tearing them by hand helps the seasoning penetrate better and makes them tastier.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of canola or cooking oil. Add the prepared King Oyster Mushrooms and stir-fry until they wilt and release their moisture. It’s important to cook them until they develop a slightly chewy texture.
