Ingredients- 1 bowl of rice (warm)
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- A little ham (sliced or canned, to your preference)
- A little onion
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup

Step 1
First, finely mince the onion and ham. These will add flavor to your omelet rice. If you prefer a milder onion flavor, you can soak the chopped onion in cold water for a bit before using.

Now, in a rice bowl, add the warm rice. Then, mix in all the prepared minced onion and ham. Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup for that classic taste and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce for a savory depth. Mix everything thoroughly until the rice is well coated with the sauce.
