Ingredients
  • 100g Camembert cheese
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 handful of your favorite nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your Camembert cheese. Cutting the cheese into manageable pieces allows the toppings to meld nicely and ensures even cooking. I prefer to cut it into 8 wedges, leaving the bottom intact so it holds its shape better during handling and serving. If you prefer to bake it whole, you can leave it as is.

Step 2

Drizzle the sweet honey evenly over the prepared cheese. You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste. Maple syrup or other liquid sweeteners can also be used as a delicious alternative.

Step 3

Next, generously sprinkle your chosen nuts over the cheese. Roughly chop your favorite nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, or pecans, and scatter them on top. This adds a wonderful crunch and nutty aroma to the dish.

Step 4

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the prepared cheese inside and bake for 6 to 10 minutes. The exact baking time may vary depending on your appliance, the size of the cheese, and its thickness, so keep an eye on it. You’ll know it’s ready when the cheese is lusciously melted around the edges and the nuts are lightly toasted and fragrant. Be careful not to overbake, as the cheese can become too runny. It’s best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven!
