First, gather all your ingredients for the cookies. It’s best to choose crackers that are not too sweet and have a plain, savory flavor. Using thin chocolate bar pieces that fit the cracker size and marshmallows slightly smaller than the crackers will help create a beautiful presentation.

Arrange the crackers neatly on your air fryer tray. Place one piece of chocolate squarely in the center of each cracker. Ensure there’s enough space for the chocolate to melt slightly on the cracker.

Next, place one marshmallow on top of each chocolate piece. Be mindful not to overload them, as marshmallows puff up significantly when heated. Using appropriately sized marshmallows is key.
