Main Ingredients- 2 Italian sausages (casings removed)
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced or thinly sliced
- 1/4 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 handfuls shell pasta (approx. 150-200g)

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (or olive oil)

When boiling water for the pasta, use a generous amount and add plenty of salt once it reaches a rolling boil. This pasta water will be crucial later for adjusting the sauce’s consistency.
