First, prepare the vegetables for the salad. Take 1/4 onion, 1/4 red bell pepper, and 1/4 yellow bell pepper. Use a mandoline slicer or a knife to thinly julienne them. Slicing them as thinly as possible will enhance their texture and help the dressing coat evenly.
