Ingredients- About 1 cup (200ml) of leftover kimchi stew
- 500ml water
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, add about 1 cup (approximately 200ml) of your leftover kimchi stew. If there are any solid ingredients like kimchi or meat, feel free to add them for extra flavor.
Step 2
Pour 500ml of water into the pot. You can adjust the amount of water based on the saltiness and volume of your kimchi stew. If it tastes too bland, add a bit more kimchi stew; if it’s too salty, add more water.
Step 3
Once the water begins to boil, add 2 packs of ramen noodles. Gently separate the noodles as they cook to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 4
Add only 1 ramen soup packet. Since the kimchi stew is already seasoned, adding both packets might make it too salty. It’s recommended to taste and adjust the amount of soup base as needed.
Step 5
Your delicious Kimchi Stew Ramen is ready! Transfer it to a bowl and enjoy the warm, spicy noodles. You can also add ingredients like green onions or an egg to your liking.
