Ingredients

  • 200ml Buco Coconut Water Organic
  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen for a thicker consistency is great!)
  • 1/4 apple (cored and prepared)
  • A handful of walnuts (adjust to taste)
  • A handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 fresh kale leaves (stems removed)
  • Buco Coconut Chips Original (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, thoroughly wash your banana, kale, and apple. Peel the banana and cut it into manageable pieces. You can core the apple and leave the skin on or peel it, as you prefer. For the kale, remove the thick stems and use only the tender leaves.

Step 2

Place 1.5 of the prepared bananas, the kale leaves, and the apple pieces into a blender. Pour in the 200ml of Buco Coconut Water Organic. Secure the lid tightly and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut water.

Step 3

Pour the blended smoothie into your favorite glass. Now for the fun part – garnishing! Thinly slice the remaining half banana and arrange it on top. Sprinkle a generous amount of blueberries (fresh or frozen) over the smoothie. Finally, add a scattering of Buco Coconut Chips Original for a delightful crunch. Your beautiful and delicious healthy smoothie is ready to be enjoyed immediately!
