So, I decided to make a jjajang sausage and vegetable stir-fry using leftover vegetables. This dish is perfect as a simple yet flavorful side dish or a fantastic accompaniment to beer.

First, prepare the vegetables and sausages. Slice the onion thickly. Cut the bell pepper into similar-sized pieces. Thinly slice the whole garlic cloves. For the Vienna sausages, make diagonal scores with a knife about 2-3 times; this helps the sauce to penetrate better and makes them look more appealing.

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Once the garlic starts to turn golden, add the sliced onion and bell pepper.
