First, pour 350ml of clean water into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling vigorously and steam starts to rise, add the 7 tablespoons of oatmeal. Stir gently to prevent the oatmeal from clumping.

Once the water returns to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook with the lid slightly ajar or uncovered to allow the oatmeal to soften nicely. Now, add 1 tablespoon of ramen soup powder.
