  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm milk (using a standard paper cup)
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 pinches fine salt
  • 1/3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • Pinch of black pepper

First, crack 3 fresh eggs into a clean bowl. Gently whisk them with a whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined. Be careful not to over-whisk.
