  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 2 slices of ripe kiwi
  • 1 container of plain or bifidus yogurt (100ml-120ml)
  • 1 container of thick, sweet yogurt (approx. 80g-100g)

First, wash and prepare 4 fresh strawberries and 2 slices of ripe kiwi. Remove the stems from the strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi into manageable pieces.

Place the prepared strawberries and kiwi into a blender. Add 1 container of bifidus yogurt and 1 container of the thick, sweet yogurt. You can choose the type of yogurt based on your preference. If you prefer a thinner consistency, feel free to add a little milk or water.
