Using pancake mix as a base makes it incredibly easy for anyone to bake, even beginners. The combination of fluffy bread, a perfectly cooked egg, savory bacon, and melted cheese is simply divine.   • 70g mozzarella cheese
  • 40g cheddar cheese, finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise, a little
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Black pepper, a pinch
  • Sugar, a pinch (optional)
  • Dried parsley, a pinch
  • Olive oil, a little (for greasing molds)

Let’s start by preparing the ingredients for our delicious oven-baked egg bread!

First, finely chop the bacon into small pieces (about 1cm) and set aside. Also, chop the cheddar cheese. Having all your ingredients prepped makes the baking process much smoother.

We’ll be using store-bought pancake mix for this recipe, making it super convenient. Pancake mix is a fantastic shortcut that helps even novice bakers achieve great results.

Place 340g of pancake mix into a mixing bowl.
