● Prepare Fresh Vegetables: Wash the lettuce thoroughly and soak it in cold water for a bit before draining; this makes it extra crisp. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water for about 10-15 minutes to mellow its sharp flavor. It’s good to change the water once or twice during this time. Tip: Mixing finely minced Korean chili peppers into mayonnaise creates a slightly spicy yet creamy sauce that further enhances the hot dog’s taste.

● Make Creamy Scrambled Eggs: Whisk together 6 eggs and about 150cc of milk. Pour the egg mixture into a lightly heated pan over low heat. Stir gently with a spatula as it cooks to create very soft and moist scrambled eggs. It’s important to stir gently to prevent large clumps.

● Prepare the Sausage: While not strictly necessary, making thin slits in the sausage can improve its appearance when cooked and allow the sauce to seep in, making it taste even better. Score the sausage according to your preference.
