For the Dough
  • 100g Almond Flour
  • 80g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Egg

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Let’s start by making the pizza dough. In a bowl, combine 100g of almond flour and 1 egg, mixing them well. Add 80g of melted mozzarella cheese and knead until the dough comes together into a cohesive ball. Your dough is now ready!

Step 2

Place the dough ball onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out as thinly as possible into a circular shape. Making the crust thin will help achieve a crispy texture. Once shaped, bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, until it’s lightly golden.

Step 3

While the dough is baking, prepare your toppings. Slice the shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and black olives into bite-sized pieces. Once the crust is baked and slightly cooled, spread 3-4 tablespoons of your favorite spaghetti sauce evenly over the surface.

Step 4

Now, arrange your prepared toppings (shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, bell peppers, onion, black olives) over the sauce according to your preference. Sprinkle generously with additional mozzarella cheese for that classic pizza melt.

Step 5

Return the pizza to the oven. Bake at 175°C (347°F) for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the toppings are cooked through. Your delicious homemade diet pizza is ready to be enjoyed!
