- 8 fresh strawberries (approx. 150-200g)
- 250ml cold milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 Tbsp honey (or agave syrup, adjust to taste for sweetness)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash 8 fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove the green stems. It’s best to wash them gently under running water. If the strawberries are large, consider cutting them into 2-3 pieces to help them blend more easily.
Step 2
Add the prepared strawberries, 250ml of cold milk, and 1/2 tablespoon of honey to a blender. To protect the blender blades, it’s recommended to add the solid ingredients first, followed by the liquid.
Step 3
Securely close the blender lid. Blend the ingredients on a low to medium setting for about 40 to 50 seconds, or until smooth. Be careful not to over-blend, as this can create too much foam. Adjust the blending time to achieve your desired consistency.

Pour the smoothly blended strawberry juice generously into a clear glass. Serving it in a transparent glass enhances its beautiful color, making it look even more appealing.
Step 5
For an extra touch, you can thinly slice or quarter 2-3 fresh strawberries (uncut) and float them on top of the juice as a garnish. This adds a lovely visual appeal and an extra burst of freshness.
