First, let’s prepare the crispy garlic and sausages that will add fantastic flavor and texture. Thinly slice the whole garlic cloves and cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic and slowly fry until golden brown and crispy. Once crispy, remove the garlic with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. (The garlic-infused oil is great for flavor, so you can use it for cooking the rice.)
