Main Ingredients- 1 piece Pork Neck (approx. 150-200g)
- 1/4 Cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 Onion (diced)
- A little Green Onion (finely chopped)
- A little Carrot (thinly julienned)
- 2 bowls Warm Cooked Rice
- A little Seaweed (seasoned seaweed recommended)
Seasoning & Others- A pinch of Salt (for seasoning)
- A pinch of Black Pepper (for seasoning)
- A pinch of Sugar (for seasoning)
- 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp for stir-frying, 1 Tbsp for finishing)
- 1 Egg
- A handful of Mozzarella Cheese
- A pinch of Salt (for seasoning)
- A pinch of Black Pepper (for seasoning)
- A pinch of Sugar (for seasoning)
- 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp for stir-frying, 1 Tbsp for finishing)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables for the fried rice. Cut the cabbage and onion into bite-sized square pieces, and finely chop the green onion. Thinly julienne the carrot to add a beautiful color to the fried rice. Prepping the vegetables like this will make the cooking process much smoother.
Step 2
Now it’s time to cook the pork neck. Heat a pan over high heat, then place the pork neck piece in it. Lightly season the pork neck on both sides with salt, black pepper, and sugar. Sear it on high heat until golden brown on both sides to enhance its unique flavor.

Once the pork neck is nicely browned, cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors. Make sure it’s cooked through until there’s no pinkness left. When the pork neck is fully cooked, add the prepared cabbage and onion. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir-fry quickly over medium-high heat, mixing all ingredients well to keep the vegetables crisp.

Add the julienned carrots to the pan and stir-fry them together. Sauté briefly just until the carrots are slightly tender to add color. Stir-frying the vegetables like this will enrich the texture and nutritional value of the fried rice.
