Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, let me tell you about all the ingredients you’ll need to make this hearty sandwich filled with chicken breast steak and plenty of vegetables! This recipe makes a total of 4 sandwiches.

Step 1

Step 2

Let me introduce the star ingredients for today’s sandwich: the 4 types of Barudak Chicken Breast Steak. Barudak offers many other varieties besides the ones I’m showcasing today!

Step 2

Step 3

Today, we’ll be making a truly satisfying sandwich using Barudak’s Nutty, Cheese, Sweet Potato, and Garlic & Galbi flavor chicken breast steaks! These steaks are made from domestically raised chicken. Each package contains 100g and should be stored frozen at -18 degrees Celsius.

Step 3

Step 4

Now, let’s get started on making this delicious sandwich brimming with Barudak chicken breast steak and fresh vegetables!

Step 4

Step 5

First, prepare 8 slices of bread for your sandwiches. Arrange them neatly on a tray.

Step 5

Step 6

We’re going to toast the bread slices in butter for an extra delicious sandwich. Place a frying pan over your stove or induction cooktop.

Step 6

Step 7

Add a knob of butter to the frying pan.

Step 7

Step 8

Let the butter melt naturally, then tilt the pan to spread the melted butter evenly across the entire surface. This prevents the bread from burning and adds a lovely toasted flavor.

Step 8

Step 9

Once the butter is melted and coats the pan, place the bread slices in the pan. Toast them until they are golden brown on both sides, flipping them as needed.

Step 9

Step 10

A sandwich made with bread toasted in butter tastes so much better than one made with plain bread, right? ^^ Toast the remaining slices of bread until they’re nicely golden brown.

Step 10

Step 11

Ta-da! The bread slices are beautifully toasted and fragrant with butter. They look so delicious, I could eat them just like this! ㅋㅋ

Step 11

Step 12

Now, let’s get all the sandwich fillings ready, one by one.

Step 12

Step 13

Prepare 4 eggs by making hard-boiled eggs or frying them until fully cooked. (We’ll be frying them for this recipe.)

Step 13

Step 14

Wash the 4 large tomatoes thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the stem part from the tomatoes.

Step 14

Step 15

Slice each large tomato into 6 pieces. When you cut the tomato, you might see a white core near the stem area. Carefully remove this white core with a knife for a cleaner texture.

Step 15

Step 16

Wash the fresh romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly under cold running water.

Step 16

Step 17

Then, separate the romaine leaves and prepare a total of 8 leaves. If a leaf is larger than your bread slice, you can fold it to fit.

Step 17

Step 18

For the frozen Barudak Chicken Breast Steak, thaw it completely in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Then, microwave it for just 1 minute, and it’s ready to eat! It’s super simple, isn’t it? ^^

Step 18

Step 19

From the top left, we have the Nutty, Cheese, Sweet Potato, and Garlic & Galbi flavor Barudak Chicken Breast Steaks. The colors roughly match their flavors! The grill marks on the chicken breast steaks make them look even more appetizing. ㅋㅋ

Step 19

Step 20

All the ingredients for the sandwich are now prepared! Let’s assemble them step-by-step. First, place 4 of the butter-toasted bread slices neatly as the base of your sandwiches.

Step 20

Step 21

Squeeze a generous amount of Thousand Island Dressing onto the center of each bread slice.

Step 21

Step 22

Using the back of a spoon, spread the Thousand Island Dressing evenly across the bread slices. Make sure to cover the surface well.

Step 22

Step 23

Next, place 2 fresh romaine lettuce leaves on each slice of bread. If the romaine leaves are larger than the bread, you can fold them to fit nicely. ^^

Step 23

Step 24

On top of the romaine lettuce, arrange 4 slices of tomato on each sandwich. You can also slightly overlap the tomato slices for a fuller look.

Step 24

Step 25

Now, place one hard-boiled egg (or fried egg) on top of the tomatoes for each sandwich.

Step 25

Step 26

Finally, add the star of today’s sandwich: the Barudak Chicken Breast Steak! Place one steak on each sandwich, in the order we heated them: Nutty, Cheese, Sweet Potato, and Garlic & Galbi flavor. !!

Step 26

Step 27

Complete the sandwiches by placing the remaining 4 slices of bread on top.

Step 27

Step 28

Since these sandwiches are packed with so many delicious ingredients, wrapping them tightly with parchment paper will make them easier to eat and hold together! ㅋㅋ If you don’t have parchment paper, plastic wrap works well too.

Step 28

Step 29

With the sandwich wrapped in parchment paper, carefully cut it in half using a serrated knife (bread knife). You can cut it completely in half, or leave a small portion of the parchment paper attached at the bottom. I left a little parchment at the bottom when slicing. Using a bread knife helps to get a clean cut without squishing the sandwich. ^^

Step 29

Step 30

And there you have it! A super hearty sandwich filled with Barudak Chicken Breast Steak and plenty of fresh vegetables! It’s truly abundant, isn’t it? ㅋㅋ Look at the vibrant colors: green romaine, red tomatoes, yellow egg, creamy Thousand Island Dressing, and the various colors of the Barudak chicken breast steaks! ★ This sandwich is guaranteed to be delicious! ^^
