Cooking Instructions

First, let’s prepare the hearty filling for your egg hot dogs. Finely dice the potato (about 70g), onion (about 40g), and bacon (about 80g). Having these prepped makes the sautéing process much smoother.

In a bowl, crack the 4 large eggs. Season them lightly with salt. Then, pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of milk and whisk everything together to create your egg mixture. Adding milk will make the scrambled eggs extra tender and fluffy.

Now, preheat your pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15g) and 1/2 tablespoon of butter (7g). Once the butter is melted, add the diced potatoes, onions, and bacon. Sauté over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. It’s important to cook the potatoes until they are tender.
