Main Ingredients- 100g fresh beetroot
- 1 ripe avocado

First, peel the beetroot and cut it into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1cm in size.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and mash it smoothly using a fork or a potato masher. It’s okay if some small chunks remain.

To the mashed avocado, add the fresh lemon juice to prevent browning and add a zesty note. Then, mix in the creamy cream cheese and the rich soy milk. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined to create the avocado puree.
