Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Take out your fresh, HACCP-certified ingredients and prepare them for cooking. 🙂
Step 2
Thinly slice half of the onion and finely chop the other half. Cut the bacon and cherry tomatoes into desired bite-sized pieces. Slice the fish cakes lengthwise to match the width of the tofu noodles for a neat pizza shape.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Mix well to create a delicious pizza sauce. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your preference. 🙂 If the sauce seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water to achieve a smooth consistency!
Step 4
In boiling water, briefly blanch the prepared fish cakes and tofu noodles for about 30 seconds. This will give the fish cakes a tender texture and the tofu noodles a soft consistency.
Step 5
Lightly oil a heated pan and sauté the sliced onions and bacon until golden brown. The savory flavor of the bacon and the sweetness of the onions will create a delicious topping.
Step 6
Drain the blanched fish cakes and tofu noodles, rinse briefly under cold water, and pat dry. Crack the egg into the mixture and combine well to form a batter-like consistency. Spread this mixture thinly in the pan to create the pizza base. Add a little unsalted butter around the edges of the pan while cooking to achieve a golden-brown crust.
Step 7
Once the egg mixture starts to cook in the pan, reduce the heat to low. Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the cooked base. Taste the sauce and adjust the amount as needed to suit your palate 🙂
Step 8
Finally, arrange the sliced cabbage, sautéed bacon and onions, and fresh cherry tomatoes on top according to your preference. Your colorful and delicious diet pizza is now complete! Hehe.
