- 10g Yogurt Powder

- A little onion
- A little bell pepper
- 1 Dried Fig
- 1 Dried Plum
Flavor Enhancers- 10g Probiotics (Lactic Acid Bacteria)
- 10g Probiotics (Lactic Acid Bacteria)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash all ingredients thoroughly and prepare them. For the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice it small or julienne it. Cut the crab stick into bite-sized pieces. Finely mince the onion and bell pepper. It’s also good to chop the dried fig and dried plum into small pieces.
Step 2
Carefully cut off the top part of the morning buns. Using a knife, gently hollow out the inside of the bread. Be careful not to crumble the bread while hollowing it out. The scooped-out bread insides can be used in other dishes.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the hollowed-out bread with the prepared minced vegetables (cucumber, onion, bell pepper), crab stick, and dried fruits (dried fig, dried plum). Sprinkle 10g of yogurt powder evenly over the ingredients.
Step 4
Add 10g of probiotics to all the ingredients in the bowl. Gently mix everything together with a spoon or spatula until the ingredients are evenly coated with the yogurt powder and probiotics. Mix gently to avoid mashing the ingredients.
Step 5
Fill the hollowed-out morning buns generously with the prepared yogurt mixture. Ensure the filling is packed in well to maintain the bun’s shape. A beautifully presented dish is a joy to eat, and this will make a wonderful finger food when presented nicely.
