Gomtang Pasta
Taste Fusion! Discover the Deliciousness of Gomtang Pasta

Imagine a rich, creamy sauce made by simmering milk and infusing it with the savory depth of a Korean Gomtang (beef bone soup) broth packet. It’s surprisingly delicious! A sprinkle of black pepper and spicy chili flakes makes it irresistible for anyone who loves Korean flavors. It’s so easy, you’ll want to make it again and again!
Main Ingredients- 1 packet of Sarigomtang noodles (use both noodles and soup powder)
- 350ml milk
- Pinch of black pepper (to taste)
Optional Ingredients (For Extra Flavor)- 1 Cheongyang chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Cheongyang chili pepper (finely chopped)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, pour 350ml of milk and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Once it starts to gently bubble around the edges, reduce the heat slightly. Be careful to prevent the milk from boiling over. Heat until it’s warm and starts to show small bubbles.

Step 2
When the milk is warm, add half of the soup powder from the Sarigomtang noodle packet (or adjust to your preference) and stir well to dissolve. Next, add the Sarigomtang noodles and gently stir to prevent them from sticking together as they cook. The sauce will thicken as the noodles cook.

Step 3
Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, carefully transfer the finished Gomtang pasta to a serving bowl. It’s best to gently move the noodles to avoid clumping. Enjoy it while it’s warm for the best taste.

Step 4
Finally, sprinkle the included flakes from the Sarigomtang noodle packet over the pasta. Add a generous grind of fresh black pepper to enhance the aroma and flavor.

Step 5
If you’d like a spicy kick, add finely chopped Cheongyang chili pepper according to your preference. The sharp heat will beautifully complement the rich Gomtang sauce, creating a truly unique and delicious experience. Enjoy your meal!
