  • 1/8 head fresh cabbage
  • 4 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 whole garlic cloves

  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • A pinch of toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Remove the tough core from the fresh cabbage, rinse it thoroughly under running water, and then thinly slice it into 1cm wide shreds.

Pat the thick-cut bacon dry with paper towels to remove excess grease, then slice it into pieces similar in width to the shredded cabbage. This step helps to enhance the bacon’s flavor when stir-fried.
