Key Ingredients- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100g Canned or Frozen Corn, drained
- 80g Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place a small pan or skillet over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Swirl the pan to coat the bottom evenly. Once the butter has melted, add 100g of drained corn and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the corn to be coated with the buttery flavor.
Step 2
To the sautéed corn, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the corn is coated. Next, evenly spread 80g of mozzarella cheese over the corn mixture. Try to cover the corn with the cheese, preventing it from directly touching the pan.
Step 3
Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil, and let it cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. This allows the cheese to melt slowly and meld with the corn. Once the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden, remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, if desired, for a beautiful finish.
