  • 15g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g Mascarpone cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 30g Lotus Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
  • 3 shots strong espresso (approx. 45-60ml), cooled
  • 7 Lotus Biscoff cookies (for topping and garnish)
