- 400ml water
- 20g fresh radish
- 30g soaked rice

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Select fresh cabbage leaves. Blanch them in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then rinse under cold water. This removes any bitterness and softens the cabbage.
Step 2
Prepare rice that has been soaked for at least 2 hours. Combine the soaked rice and 400ml of water in a blender and blend until very smooth. It’s important to achieve a completely smooth consistency without any grainy texture.
Step 3
Add the blanched cabbage (prepared in step 0) to the smooth rice mixture from step 1. Blend again until everything is finely pureed. Ensure the cabbage fibers are completely broken down.
Step 4
Pour the blended cabbage and rice mixture into a pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low. Stir continuously to prevent sticking and cook for about 7-8 minutes until it thickens slightly. Pay attention to avoid burning at the bottom of the pot.
Step 5
Strain the cooked cabbage porridge through a fine-mesh sieve multiple times to ensure a perfectly smooth texture, removing any remaining solids. Let it cool to a safe temperature for your baby before serving.
Step 6
Peel and clean the radish. Blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes until tender. This process helps to retain the radish’s refreshing flavor while removing any astringency.
Step 7
Combine the pre-soaked rice and 400ml of water in a blender. Blend until very smooth, like a fine powder. This will make it easier for your baby to digest.
Step 8
Add the blanched radish (prepared in step 5) to the smooth rice mixture from step 6. Blend again until well combined. Ensure the radish and rice are smoothly incorporated.
Step 9
Pour the blended radish and rice mixture into a pot and add the remaining 400ml of water. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or burning.
Step 10
Finally, pass the cooked radish porridge through a very fine sieve several times. Make sure there are no lumps, ensuring a silky smooth consistency for your baby. Let it cool to the appropriate serving temperature.
