  • 300g Pork Shoulder (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bowl Cooked Rice (warm rice is best)
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the thinly sliced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown and fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic; you want to gently toast it until it releases its aroma. Stir-frying the garlic first will infuse the entire fried rice with a deep, rich garlic flavor.
